Advanced Peer Health Navigation Certificate
One of the first Patient Navigation programs in Canada (since 2013), this program has evolved to now offer a comprehensive Professional Patient Navigation Certificate (PPNC) for healthcare professionals and the Advanced Peer Health Navigator Certificate (APHNC) for those who work in a peer-to-peer role, guiding patients through the complexities of the healthcare system.

​​To achieve the PPNC, participants must successfully complete all the required courses and the assessment. The Summative Individual Assessment Evaluation will be booked after all courses are completed
