Do I need a healthcare background to take this program?

Does this program include preparation for the PeopleCert AIOps Foundation certification?
Yes. Preparation for the PeopleCert AIOps Foundation certification is embedded within the curriculum and is included as part of the program.
Is the PeopleCert AIOps Foundation exam included?
Yes. The program fee includes an examination voucher for the PeopleCert AIOps Foundation certification examination.
Will I automatically receive the AIOps Foundation certification when I complete the program?
No. Completion of the CHEN program does not automatically result in certification. Learners must successfully pass the PeopleCert AIOps Foundation examination to earn the certification.
Who administers the AIOps Foundation certification examination?
The AIOps Foundation certification examination is administered exclusively by PeopleCert. Examination registration, scheduling, examination delivery, scoring, results, certification decisions, and all related policies are governed solely by PeopleCert.
