Claude Sam-Foh is the former Director of Enterprise Governance, Risk, Compliance and Chief Architect at Centennial College. He is driven by creating meaningful impact and has led major transformations by identifying opportunities, shaping strategy, and delivering practical solutions.

He brings over 32 years of business and IT experience, including senior roles with the Ontario Government and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as Chief Enterprise Architect and CISO.
​
His expertise includes enterprise governance, risk management, enterprise architecture, information management, information security, privacy leadership, service management, portfolio/program/project management, business systems analysis, SecDevOps, and agile methodologies.
Claude has taught enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, business information systems, systems analysis and design, enterprise resource planning, strategic management, and IT project management. He teaches at Toronto Metropolitan University, the University of Toronto, and York University’s School of Continuing Studies.

ENTRY and PROGRAM COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have a degree or advanced diploma from an accredited institution. Participants are expected to have basic computer proficiency, including the ability to operate a computer, use standard applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Docs), and participate in online learning through Zoom or other web-based platforms. No prior experience in artificial intelligence, programming, or data science is required. This program is offered in English. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure they meet the language requirements. You may be asked to demonstrate English language proficiency. To successfully complete the program and achieve the Certificate of Completion, all program requirements must be met with a passing grade, including attendance at all live sessions and successful completion of all course assessments and capstone components.
