The Peer Navigation Program is tailored for individuals with lived experience who want to make a difference by guiding and supporting others as they navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Using micro-credentials, participants will gain the skills to effectively empower peers facing similar challenges, using their insights to address barriers, provide guidance, and create a sense of shared understanding in challenging healthcare journeys.
